So many great features are included in ChaLEAN Extreme. I keep discovering these awesome tools! One of the DVDs shows you how to give a healthy makeover to your kitchen. It is very well done and had great ideas. I keep becoming more and more impressed with all this program has to offer. I like the Push phase of workouts, too. Getting good and sore!
