Do vacations really have any benefit other than having fun? Up until 2005 I had only gone on vacation once in my adult life. All that has changed now. Boy, I can sure tell the difference between taking time off from work for a week and going on an adventure for a week. They are not the same in my opinion, but both have value and are much needed.
