As we’re midway through the Olympic Winter Games of 2010, the news has surely covered many stories about the athletes and how they train for this amazing competition. It makes me wonder how many out there used P90X or Insanity types of exercises in their conditioning. There’s no doubt that P90X has caught the attention of many pro athletes and celebrities alike.
